Tungtong River Feature on Born to Be Wild (November 16, 2011)

The frogs of the Tungtong River was featured in GMA 7’s Born to be Wild show last November 16, 2011.  Holistic Education and Development Center 4th yr HS students Bella Fernandez, Fatima Fernandez-Cuervo, Julia Gaurano, and Sam Santos spent nearly 10 hours from Nov 15, 330PM, to Nov 16, 130AM working with TV show host Kiko Rustia.  The students have chosen to study the frogs of Tungtong River for their 4th yr thesis project in Science.  The documentary shown in two parts below is testament to the enthusiasm and professionalism with which they pursue their chosen topic both as a subject requirement but more so as a personal commitment to the protection and conservation of the Tungtong River wildlife.  Cheers!
